The Hollywood Draft was formed to discover the most talented artists who are in school, have only made short films or are making their debut in a feature-length film. Screenwriters need must not have a feature-length screenplay of theirs be produced to be eligible.
There is a fundamental issue with the industry: new voices are wanted but there are few avenues to develop or discover the prospects.
